Residential Reappraisal Project

 

The County contracted with Vanguard Appraisals in 2019 to conduct a reappraisal project of residential and ag dwellings. As of December 18th, 2025, the listers have completed Everly, Royal, Peterson and most of Spencer. They will be moving into Webb, Dickens, Gillett Grove, Greenville and Rossie.
